- Plan your route to arrive 15 minutes early. Douala traffic is not an excuse they accept.
- Clean, simple outfit. When in doubt, a little more formal.
During
- Greet everyone politely, switch your phone to silent.
- "Tell me about yourself": 1 minute, study → experience → why this job.
- Answer with examples, not only adjectives.
- Prepare 2 questions for them, for example "What does success look like in this job after 3 months?"
After
Send a short thank-you message the same day by email or WhatsApp. It is rare, so it is remembered.
